A broader, separately scoped engagement

Ministry Communications Review

The $500 Public Pathway Review examines only public-facing pages and pathways. When that evidence points to deeper questions about people, workflows, private tools, or internal responsibilities, CCI can separately scope this broader Ministry Communications Review.

The ministry problem

What is being hindered?

Pastors and leaders can feel the weight of a communication problem without having the time or technical vocabulary to diagnose it. Beginning with a product too quickly can preserve the wrong workflow or add another system to maintain.

The barriers

Where the friction appears

  • Information is difficult to find or inconsistent
  • The same update must be repeated across several channels
  • Responsibilities depend on memory or one overloaded person
  • Existing tools do not form an understandable ministry path

Who it is for

Common reasons churches begin here

  • An outdated or confusing website
  • Scattered announcements, sermons, events, or giving paths
  • Unclear update responsibilities
  • Pastors or volunteers carrying too much technical work
  • Several tools that do not feel like one understandable system

What is included

A defined, ministry-aware scope

  • Leadership interview
  • Communication and technology inventory
  • Access, communication, ministry, and relationship barrier analysis
  • Public website, mobile experience, visitor, and member pathway review
  • Sermon and media access; events, calendar, and announcements
  • Group, volunteer, text, email, giving, registration, and login paths

  • Written findings, priority recommendations, and a practical 30/60/90-day action plan
  • Follow-up conversation to review the findings

How the work proceeds

A ministry-first process

  1. 1

Listen to the ministry responsibility and the people affected

  2. 2

    Map the present communication environment

  3. 3

Identify barriers and their practical consequences

  4. 4

Deliver priorities, ownership recommendations, and a responsible next step

The practical outcome

What your church receives

A written priority list explaining what is creating friction, what should be addressed first, who needs to be involved, and whether cleanup, a website or mobile web app, custom development, integration, or ongoing support is the responsible next step.

What the church retains: Your church keeps the written findings, priority list, and 30/60/90-day plan whether or not you continue into implementation.

How we can support it: If invited, Church Communications, Inc. can help complete the priorities, coordinate vendors, build the needed system, or support the people who will maintain it.

This broader review is not included in the $500 Public Pathway Review. Its scope, timing, access requirements, and investment are confirmed separately in writing before it begins. A church is not obligated to hire Church Communications, Inc. for later implementation.
