No. The $500 Review is limited to agreed public-facing pages and pathways. Do not send credentials or private church records.
Must we leave our current provider?
No. CCI may recommend keeping the current system, connecting information or ownership more clearly, or changing a specific public path.
Is the request a purchase?
No. The request starts fit and capacity review. A written order and payment step can occur only after the scope, responsible contact, timing, and terms are confirmed.
When will we receive the findings?
The written order supplies the actual delivery, walkthrough, correction, and response deadlines after CCI verifies current capacity. The website does not promise an unconfirmed date.
What if the evidence points to a larger project?
The Review does not expand automatically. The church may act internally, use its current provider, do nothing now, or separately consider a new written scope.
Can we correct factual mistakes?
Yes. The Review includes one consolidated factual-correction opportunity so the final record can distinguish public evidence from church-verified facts.
